President / Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Torres is an industrial organizational development and change management
consultant with demonstrated expertise working with all levels of management and line
employees in developing the human competencies critical to business success. She has
solid coaching, training, facilitation, and design skills.
Ms. Torres is in the process of completing a PhD in Psychology. She is currently certified
as a Criminal Justice Forensic Specialist, a Behavior Specialist and maintains the skills
and certifications in Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling.
Daniel Freeman, PhD (ABD), PMP, CQIA
Executive Vice President / Chief Operations Officer
Dr. Freeman is a management consultant with 25 years. His areas of expertise include
operations management, project management, contract management, coaching, change
management, strategic planning/management and organizational development.
Dr. Freeman currently holds a PhD in Organizational Management. He is currently
certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management
Institute (PMI) and a Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) by the American Society for
Quality (ASQ).
Ron Owens
Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer
Ron is a sales and marketing executive with over 25 years experience with regional and
national sales divisions as well as leading consumer product marketers and promotion
agency services, with the last 10 years focused heavily on the public safety, utility and
transportation industries.
Kenneth Ward
Vice President/Chief Development Officer
Kenneth leads the construction division in providing design, site planning and
construction management of commercial office buildings, light industrial, industrial
warehouse, retail development projects, communications towers/facilities, tenant
improvements and a variety of public improvement projects.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from the University of
Texas.
